About the role
Business Development Initiatives
Developing new business avenues and new business strategies for Edgewater Development Ltd. and Edgewater Group; establish and maintain Interpersonal Relationships with company members and business contacts; report to Edgewater Development Ltd. management as required.
Architectural and Interior drafting: provide drafting services, ID elevations and plans as required for Edgewater Development Ltd. and Edgewater Group.
Complete site surveys and site visits, carry out punch lists.
General: adhere to all contractual, quality assurance, organizational guidelines, procedures and requirements so all projects are completed to a high standard. These duties are to be performed on the terms and conditions hereof.
Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
