About the role
Manny's Watersports is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Boat Deckhand.
Responsibilities include
- Assisting with docking, mooring, and maintaining vessel(s)
- Providing excellent customer service to guests on board
- Ensuring boats are clean, safe, and ready for trips
- Supporting the Captain with daily operational tasks
Requirements
- Experience handling boats or willingness to train as a deckhand
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong swimming ability
