Cabinet Installer / Carpenter

A well-established company is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join its team in the Cayman Islands.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry work on residential and commercial construction projects.
• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets, vanities, wardrobes, and other built-in units.
• Fit and adjust doors, frames, trim, drawers, and hardware.
• Carry out renovation and remodeling projects.
• Install and finish drywall/sheetrock for walls and ceilings.
• Perform masonry, painting, and other general construction duties as required.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must have a Vocational Qualifications Certificate – General Construction (level 2).
• Must have a Vocational Qualifications Certificate – General Construction (level3).
• Special awards & achievements
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in carpentry and general construction.
• Experience with cabinet installation, framing, finishing, and renovation work.
• Knowledge of drywall installation, masonry, and general construction techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet project deadlines.
• Relevant vocational training or construction certification would be an asset.

Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
