Cashier/Sales Representative

PayHub Ltd is seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and professional Cashier/Sales Representative to assist with daily business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, promoting company products and services, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate must be honest, organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Process cash, credit card, and debit card transactions accurately. Balance cash and reconcile daily transactions in accordance with company procedures. Provide courteous and efficient customer service and respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns. Promote and sell company products and services while assisting customers with their needs. Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare sales and cash management reports using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Follow company procedures for cash handling, recordkeeping, and customer service. Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism at all times. Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required. Qualifications and Requirements Some college or university education. three+ years of experience in cashiering, sales, or a similar customer service position. Knowledge of cash handling, transaction processing, and cash-balancing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer applications. Good numerical skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally. Honest, dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Professional and personal references available upon request.
