About the role
Hosting and serving in the buffet and a la carte restaurant outlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Handle cash / credit card / in-house room account transactions through POS systems with care and efficiency. Coordinating room charges for in-house and local guests with the Front Desk. Banquet setup, service & tear-down From Time to time this role, will be required to assist with preparing drinks, with minor food preparation. Cleaning kitchen utensils, glassware, dishes, dinner wear. Assist in stocking inventory. Cleaning kitchen areas. Cleaning guestrooms, public spaces, laundry and other duties and maintaining the grounds of the resort, and company properties on a project-level basis attends to the immediate needs of all floral and fauna and carries out minor maintenance-related duties and tasks. 2-3 Years’ experience required
