Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper

The successful client will be responsible for washing dishes in the restaurant as needed. They will also be required to perform other equipment cleaning tasks as needed by the kitchen. This will include but not limited to sweeping, wiping, mopping and cleaning countertops and prep tables as needed throughout the day. They will also be responsible for deep cleaning the kitchen once a week. This is a very busy establishment with very large and heavy pots and pans that have to be washed everyday. Must be able to stand for long hours at a time. Must be able to read and write clearly and follow proper instructions. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Continuous bending, twisting and lifting heavy commercial size pots, pans and boxes. Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, early mornings, split shifts and late nights. Clean police record.
