Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all items are spotless and ready for use.
• Manually wash and sanitize larger pots, pans, and kitchen tools as required.
• Ensure the kitchen and dishwashing area are kept clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors and disposing of trash.
• Assist with the proper storage of kitchen items, maintaining an organized and accessible supply area.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed, informing management of any shortages.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
