We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our team on Cayman Brac. The ideal candidate has strong problem‑solving abilities, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can handle a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities include
- General home and property repairs
- Basic plumbing fixes
- Painting, patching, and minor carpentry
- Appliance and fixture installation
- Routine maintenance and preventative upkeep
- Outdoor repairs and light landscaping
- Responding to service requests in a timely, professional manner
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years handyman or maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable transportation and good communication skills
- Knowledge of CIBC
- Ability to lift 65lbs on more
