Heavy Equipment Operator

Operating multiple types of heavy equipment to prepare base and sub-base to proper final grades in preparation for asphalt paving of roadways, tennis courts and parking areas. Must have a minimum of 10 years’ verifiable extensive experience operating various types of heavy equipment (Backhoes, Bulldozers, Front End Loaders, Excavators, Wirtgen Milling Machines, Motor Graders and rollers). Must be able to achieve proper grades and slopes when preparing base for asphalt paving. Only applicants meeting the above qualification will be interviewed. A test of skills and knowledge will be administered to qualified candidates. Must have a valid Group 4 drivers’ license, with a clean police and driving record. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when required. Random drug testing may be required.
