Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for immaculate spaces, as well as being proactive, reliable, and possess an eye for the finest details.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing and window cleaning.
• Performing periodic deep cleaning of all interior spaces.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned to a superior standard, paying close attention to intricate details and high-touch surfaces.
• Manage laundry and linen: washing, ironing and proper storage.
• Organize and maintain pantries, closets, and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the property manager promptly.
• Adhere to strict schedules and deadlines while maintaining a flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury residential, hospitality, or similar high-end environment.
• Certificate in Housekeeping preferred.
• A strong work ethic and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning products for various surfaces.
• A positive and professional demeanour with strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a clean police record.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range is $10.00 - $14.00 (KYD) per hour, based on training and experience. Health Insurance and Pension as required by law
