Janitor

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing a wide range of janitorial, residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning duties. Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and vacuuming floors; cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; washing and maintaining windows, mirrors, glass partitions, and other interior and exterior surfaces. The employee will also perform pre- and post-construction cleaning services, including the removal of rubble, debris, dust, construction materials, tapes, stickers, and other waste from job sites to ensure properties are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy.

Additional duties include pressure washing, collecting and disposing of garbage, washing interior areas, maintaining detailed cleaning reports, and carrying out special cleaning assignments and heavy-duty cleaning projects as required. The position requires the ability to lift and remove heavy garbage, debris, and other materials that may impede the smooth operation of the worksite. The successful applicant must ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the employer's standards and requirements.
