About the role

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with formwork, framing, block laying, plastering, and concrete preparation.
- Mix mortar, cement, and other materials.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Support general construction tasks including debris removal, site preparation, and equipment handling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, masonry, and construction tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong physical stamina; able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction support roles.
