About the role
Food preparation and cooking in a fast paced, high volume restaurant serving local food. This job will include ordering, inventory, kitchen maintenance and cleaning. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be a team player and committed to high quality customer service, enthusiastic, hard working, well organized and able to work under pressure. Clean police record is a must.
