Line Cook

Line Cook

• Preparing and executing all menu items in line with company recipes.
• Memorising and uses serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
• Consistent presentation of dishes in line with company plating guides.
• Working fast, organized and clean manner on the line with an ability to execute multiple tickets consistently.
• Working with team of cooks to do prep work for other shifts when needed.
• Ensure daily / weekly stock takes are correct and accurate to ensure adequate supplies are available for shift
• Managing station / duties assigned by head and/or sous chef.
• Ensuring that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
• Following procedures around properly dating, storing and rotating product and monitor product freshness based on the restaurant’s schedule.
• Following head and/ or sous chef’s instructions and directions.

Wage $8-12/hr (commensurate on experience) + grats and benefits in accordance with Cayman law
