About the role
Our International Private Client team advises on a complete range of private wealth structures, from formation through the full lifecycle. Working closely with colleagues across our legal teams, we advise trustees, fiduciaries, family offices, settlors, beneficiaries and their advisers on complex cross-border matters involving trusts, estates, corporate structures and regulatory considerations.
We are seeking an experienced lawyer (10+ years' PQE) with significant expertise in international private client, trust and private wealth work. The successful candidate will lead complex client matters, manage key client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of our Cayman practice.
For this role, you'll need at least 10 years' post-qualification experience and significant expertise in international private client matters. Experience should include advising on complex private wealth and trust structures, together with related corporate, regulatory and fiduciary matters. A proven track record in managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to thought leadership and business development activities is essential.
