About the role
Position Available: Property Maintenance Assistant we are seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Assistant to assist with general property upkeep, repairs, identify and report maintenance issues, grounds maintenance, and handling tools and materials. Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and repairs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Police Clearance required
