Sales Representative

C. N. Ewers & Co. Ltd. T/A Uncle Clems Meat & Grocery is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative who is willing and able to work in refrigerated and cold-storage freezer environments to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms.
• Monitor sales performance and meet sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
• Maintain customer records, quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal departments.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customers' needs.
• Present products and solutions to customers.
• Manage multiple accounts and sales activities and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong customer service.
• Communicate with staff and delivery locations regarding inventory, deliveries, and order issues.

Qualifications

Must have an associate’s degree or higher in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food service industry.
• Valid Driver’s License required and experience in delivery driving.
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. unassisted and work in a refrigerated environment.
• Knowledge of food products, including meats, produce, and groceries.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; QuickBooks preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Must provide a clean Police Record.

Salary range: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour, depending on experience and benefits package (including the Pension, Health Insurance, and vacation).
