Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Sales Representative at Cell Cayman is responsible for delivering an excellent in-store & online customer experience while driving sales of products and services. The role ensures customers are matched with the right products and services, the store is presentable and well-stocked, our online presence is maintained, and sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, plans, and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell accessories, protection products, and repair services where appropriate.
• Process sales, payments, and returns accurately at the point of sale and online.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Meet with corporate clients and plan, organize and execute customized sales orders.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor and displays.
• Receive, tag, and stock merchandise; keep pricing and signage accurate.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies to management.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures and inventory counts.
• Maintain product listings on ecommerce platform.

Repair Services Support

• Receive devices for repair, document their condition, and schedule work orders.
• Quote repair options and timelines, and keep customers updated on repair status.
• Perform pre-diagnosis for device intake and hand-offs for tech repairs.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, in person, and on messaging channels.
• Support promotional campaigns and partner programs as directed.
• Ability to construct sales plans with strategic pricing and minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Previous sales or retail experience in consumer electronics required. B2B sales experience is an asset.
• Strong technical knowledge of smartphones, computers, and other consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and late shifts.
• Experience in maintaining an ecommerce platform along with associated software and POS.
• Police clearance.
• Must be able to drive company car, age 25 and over (insurance requirement).
