Shore Excursion Assistant - Part Time

We are looking for a Part‑Time Shore Excursion Assistant to support guest arrivals, tour coordination, and daily operational activities. This is an hourly‑based position offering USD $10.70 per hour, with an initial 6‑month contract and probation period. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and commitment may be considered for a long‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with tour departures and arrivals. Provide accurate information regarding shore excursions, schedules, and meeting points. Coordinate guest flow and support boarding processes. Assist with guest check‑in and tour verification. Ensure waivers, tickets, and operational documentation are completed correctly. Maintain positive and professional guest interactions. Assist with transportation logistics and activity scheduling. Support supervisors and other departments as operational needs require. Handle guest inquiries, comments, and basic concerns in a professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete assigned reports and operational tasks accurately and on time. Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude. Ability to work outdoors and in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email). Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues. Previous tourism, hospitality, or guest service experience is an asset.
