AMBIENCE GENERAL CONTRACTOR Is Hiring a Steel Fixer / Mason. Requirements: Modify, repair, and maintain walls, sidewalks, curbs, and floors. Lay blocks or bricks. Help mix and apply different textures, mix cement, and protect other areas of the building. measure, shape, cut wood, install trim, windows, cabinets, countertops, doors, stairs, and other similar building structures. Cut openings into walls, ceilings, and floors constructed of masonry materials. Using hand and power tools to cut and bend bars or mesh, tying steel reinforcement bars (rebars), fitting spacers and chairs (supports), and using rebar to build special casts to keep the setting concrete in place. Fixing steel to concrete bases, installing beams, and pre-cast slabs.
