About the role
Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience working in a hospitality leadership role; preferable restaurant Front of House Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Supervise, train & support the Front-of-House Team Assist customers with seating & menus Identifying and maximize upselling of food & beverage items Resolve customer complaints Knowledge of Aloha POS Computer literacy Mathematics is essential Some lifting required (20-50 lbs.) Flexibility to work am/pm shifts, weekends, and public holidays
